I love emf but the fair skin drive through worker on Jul 5 at 6:40pm definitely changed my opinion when she cheated me out of my money and decided to give me what she wanted to give me instead of what I asked for. The beauty of emf is variety and great customer service. One bad employee will bring down the value and morale of the company. I pray no one else experiences her. Came back today, 7/12, and same issue at the drive through window. Just went inside and had a much pleasant and efficient experience. I really whoever used to do it. Never had a problem in 2 years. Please fix it.

THE LADY WAS RUDE WITH THE BLONDE WIG.WHEN WE PULLED UP AND SHE DIDN'T OFFER TO LET US BUY 1 G.WE ONLY WANTED TO BUY 1 G TO TRY IT AND SAMPLE IT AND SHE FORCED US TO BUY TWO AND WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE , WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS BEING MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE, I WANTED TO TRY IT.AND IT SAYS , TEN DOLLARS A GRAM ON THEIR SIGN , AND I WAS CONVINCED TO PAY MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED TO BUY FOR JUST TRYING IT.
