I've been here a couple times a guy named Josh has been very helpful and patient in assisting us. Professional but personable and laughs at all my jokes. Huge selection of anything and everything, always a treasure to be found in the clearance sections throughout the store and prices on everything else are super affordable.

Went to High Times today after 10 years of being an unrecognizable customer. Customer Service from mustache man couldn't be less engaging. I came for a high priced item like a bong. I started off at $100 up. He pulls out a rig the size of a microscope. I stated that I bought a bong from them this year at $80 and better. He responded with the ole "Prices have gone up." Well duh, I live in America. Clearly the prices have gone up but your customer service skills are at a decline. This is why people aren't friendly when they shop anymore. Just go to another smoke shop down the street or shop online.

I bought these items from Luddo hes one of the best employees to be helped by. The Rama device i guess the battery was dead and also it says open on da box but we charged it a little bit and in love with the device. Now they ask u to check the devices before leaving and making sure everything works after purchasing. YES u should because its their rule/policy. Me i don't personally check em because I have good faith that high times never disappoints as long as you follow da rules lol thank you

They upcharge , dont come here other smoke shops have everything half their pricez

Solid. One of the best local spots to shop for horror merch and other obscurities. I get my raunchy birthday/holiday cards from here. Staff is always chill and helpful if you need.
