Great products but has one of the most rudiest cashier's ive come across in a while.she stays on her phone the whole transaction. No greetings.. no customer service.... Please management replace her because I do like your products and she going to kill your business. The other male employee deserves 5stars very engaging..you need more employees like him..

Went to the store today on 6/23. The Looper Refills I go there for weren't in stock. The lady behind the counter said maybe they have them on Amazon. She's right. Most of this store is on Amazon. Terrible customer service. Very few items that aren't bongs or vape cartridges (available on Amazon). The homeless and trash by the business front door are awesome too.

I must admit. I thought shae was racist and didn't like black people because how I perceived i was treated but she did the most forgiving thing after I insulted her for being racist..she proved she wasn't and made me re evaluate my approach. I'm a normally friendly person so the response I got was not too friendly but maybe I read it wrong. This place sure has good bud. And shae has a good heart.

I'm giving 1 star for a certain employee not the store. I love this place!! But that Ali , nope .. he's very rude. Don't ever ask him how much something is because he'll give you the wrong price and charge you the wrong price. I try not to go when he's there, he doesn't weigh up right. Just trash! New employee me please... But my girl Shae and my boy K are the shiznit
