Tina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. She consistently checked on us throughout the evening to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary desserts, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our night even more special. Her service was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing a great customer experience. Thank you, Tina, for the outstanding service. We will definitely be back and hope to have you as our server again!

Layal Hookah Lounge is one of the best places to relax and enjoy a great hookah experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the lounge is clean, and the service is always excellent. A special thanks to Sanaa for being so friendly, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The hookah was smooth, the flavors were fresh, and the overall vibe was amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out with friends. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time ever trying Mediterranean food, and I was pleasantly surprised! We didn't have to wait to be seated, the service was A1 from start to finish, and our food came out quickly. I ordered the lamb chops with a fresh salad and grilled vegetables, and everything was delicious. The lamb chops came straight off the grill—hot, juicy, and full of flavor. We also ordered the hookah, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Mediterranean food and excellent service!

I have been coming here for more than 10 years and I have seen the amazing changes this place has gone through. However I have noticed the type of service some waiters give on each visit. Some waiters only come to check on us once. I had one waiter bring me the food we ordered after 30 minutes and it was cold indicating it was sitting out for a while. I have had waiters who never bring us the bill so I have to get up and look for them to pay. The rest of the staff is attentive especially the gentleman who changes our charcoal for the hookah and cleans it for us.

Ive never been to this place before and 1 of my friends had shown me. First impression walking in, it was very fancy with nice tile and very elegant. Your welcomed with alot of smoke from the hookah that they sell and very cheap. The menu was overwhelming with so much stuff and it was hard to choose anything... HOWEVER!?!?! It was hard to say anything bad about the food and the cost. Everything was so beautiful in presentation and quality. I would definitely go again! Thank you for the wonderful experience! 🙌 I will definitely be there again!
