Kamran, on top of being beautiful, was the absolute best best best smoke shop Phoenix Rising Vapor person. He was knowledgeable, polite and outright fine.

Came from the first location and this second one looks awesome! Soft opening today but they have plenty of product and variety from vape to smoke to CBD stuff. Can’t wait to see what else they do to expand and make it even better.

While this is a new location, with Tai as a manager, you are going to get the same 5 star customer service as their original 1960 location. Tai is a manager who goes above & beyond to make sure you are happy in finding what you need & really gets to know his customers! I have been a Phoenix Rising customer for at least 8 years & you will not find another shop that gets close to not only service I have received but even their selection. Just as the original location, they have a ton of juices & product that make finding what you are looking for a lot easier. You can clearly feel how well Tai runs this new location & the rest of the staff also have great customer service plus the shop gives such a nice clean vibe! I have had pod emergencies while out of town a few times & the shops I had to visit did not compare to not only service but the product you are getting at Phoenix Rising.

Thanks Clay. Super helpful and informative. Knows his stuff and very friendly the second I walked in

Love this place!! Everyone here is super nice, especially Kylie and the two gentlemen. I have never had a bad experience here, they give great discounts with points. And the place has a really awesome vibe and great music all the time playing low in the background.
