The store looks much better than it did a few months ago—way less clutter. Robert was very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I visited this smoke shop recently and had a really good experience with the customer service. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even explained a few different options so I could make the best choice. The shop itself was clean and well organized, and the selection was better than most smoke shops I’ve been to. Prices seemed fair, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Good customer service can make a big difference, and the team here definitely made the visit worth it. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Very disappointed in the girl that sold 3 grams for $45 to my son that I sent over to get since I cant walk to the store. She admitted she over charged and that she couldn't do anything. Not even in the street will you get 3 sticky green or indica for $45 what the hell ! When I told her I would talk to Tyler about it she said you can call him oh well and she hung up on me. She went on to say her brother has been there fir a long time. That has nothing to do with her over charging. I cant believe pineapple express hires people like that. Tyler & Justin sell us 3 sticky green indica for 25. Not 45 ! Very displeased and shocked because Tyler & Justin make sure I get what I want they make sure The times ive gone there never an issue. But with this girl "ohhhhh im sorry" with no other solution other than hang up on me it not good. I do plan on finding a way to get there tomorrow and if shes there definitely taking g a picture & posting it here so yall know who not to buy from. RIDICULOUS!

It was our second time visiting 6th street and it was just as güt as the first! Paul was extremely informative in regards to all questions we had and we had an amazing time learning more about the space. Will be coming back :)
