Sierra was so friendly and helpful. I will for sure come back here in the future. She wrapped my stuff perfectly. So helpful and kind

I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops around Houston, and this one stands out. Julius and the team are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. The shop is clean, organized, and stocked with a great selection of products at fair prices. What I appreciate most is the customer service. Whether you’re a regular or stopping in for the first time, they take the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for good products, fair pricing, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back.

Kat made my wife and I’s day! We have been on the hunt for a specific Lost Mary flavor and they had it here! The promo they had running was lagniappe and took the experience over the top. Kat was informational, helpful, and really friendly! 👍👍

Illana was so helpful. She helped show me how the product worked and how to take care of it. Ive had nothing but good experiences at this store. Thank you for being my go-to shop!!

Dee gave me wonderful customer service from start to finish. Would love to have her in the store all the time because of that trait alone. Very polite as well 10/10 experience!
