I had such an amazing experience at this location! Des had so much knowledge of every product in the store and she helped me find what I needed specifically with zero issues! She also had such a pleasant personality and I just loved the whole vibe. They've earned a new regular!

Rock N’ Roll It on TC Jester has been my go to shop for a long time. Their selection is honestly one of the best around and they carry a huge variety of products without feeling overly cramped or junky. Prices are pretty reasonable too all things considered, especially compared to a lot of smoke shops these days. The regular employees are usually friendly, helpful, and pretty knowledgeable when you have questions or need recommendations. The shop itself has always treated me well. Only real negatives are that the area can attract some questionable customers at times, and I was actually there once when a homeless man on drugs tried to rob the place, which was definitely an experience. That’s obviously not the store’s fault though. They also charge an extra fee for credit card usage, somewhere around 3 to 4%, which isn’t ideal but also not super uncommon for this type of business. Overall though, really solid shop with a great selection and good people working there.

Very disappointed. Purchased a puffco product that was 280$. The device stopped working on the 9th day. I called and they said I needed to speak to a manager the next day. I was not requesting a refund just an exchange. The manager was very nice over the phone but said nothing could be done since it has been longer than 7 days. This is very disheartening as this device was not cheap…. Would not recommend shopping here for anything expensive. They will just recommend you “bug” the manufacturer for a replacement.

Do not shop here. THC is trash and they will steal your money. I bought something from here and spent $36 turned around to return item before leaving the store… the cashier took the item and made me tap my phone….now it’s 3 months later and I never got a refund or any compensation. This is ridiculous, just don’t shop here !!!

Great assortment of products and good vibes. Des is super knowledgeable and a great worker.
