Change the signs on your door if you need to scan everyone’s ID don’t say if you look under 30 have your ID ready

I have never seen a staff as rude as the guy in this shop. Me and my girlfriend went to buy some flower today, asked a simple question about the quality of the flower since the brand was unknown to me. The guy was super rude and didn't care to answer it properly. I went to many smoke shops, but never had such a bad experience before. Btw, the flower was so bad, my girlfriend threw half of it away.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this business, especially when working with Ethan. He has excellent communication skills, a great attitude, and is genuinely kind and professional. He always does his best to help and make sure things are handled correctly. Sometimes misunderstandings happen, but that doesn’t reflect the level of care and service he provides. He’s great at his job and an asset to this company. Highly recommend.
