Sign says they’re open. Doors are locked and nobody answering. You can at least post a sign saying you’re closed stating the reason. Waste of time. Maybe the owners have that for hire sign because they can’t treat their employees well enough to keep their store open.

I was just treated with disrespect. Jonathan yelled at me and told me to get out of the store because I didnt know a policy. Not posted and never told. I apologized but he still kept on like I stole something. He needs training on customer service. I wont be back to this location if he is here.

I was looking for a new smoke shop that’s closer to me after moving because I was driving 25+ mins to my old one. 😅 I even got a goodie bag before leaving. The staff is VERY knowledgeable.

dont seem to follow the posted business hours, just came by and doors are locked, but open signs are on and noone inside even todays sign says open from 10am to 8pm but signs on and doors locked. such a bad representation of the brand
