Service even outside the shop for me was bad. I accidentally parked in front of their shop when I meant to wash my clothes next door and one of their employees said as we were moving our car "that's why people need too read". Their "sign" was only on the poles and I did not see them and a female employee had came to talk to the worker of the Washateria next door and started to say what she said. Did not plan on going there whatsoever so my only complaint is that their employees need to be more professional instead of calling me names when I simply told them "I'm sorry".

By far one of the best smoke shops around. The customer service is always on point — welcoming, helpful, and never pushy. The shop is clean, organized, and fully stocked with a great selection. Prices are fair and the whole vibe is just easy and comfortable. If you stop by, definitely ask for Sha. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to make sure you leave with exactly what you’re looking for. Every experience I’ve had there has been smooth and positive. Highly recommend — this place doesn’t disappoint.
