I shopped online at this place a couple of times, but this last time, I gotten some defect vapes that dont work, and the owner is telling me that he cant exchange them, but their policy says within 7 days, they exchange or refund products, of course that was a complete lie. Because he told me I dont know how to work them properly and they are new on the market, so he said they dont exchange open products. Well how in the hell am i suppose to try the product if i dont open it. Im pretty sure the product they sent me are knock offs. Im never shopping here again.

I stopped in here because I was on a business trip and I was out of juice and my mouth piece broke in half. The employee didn't help me, did not make eye contact one time, visited with his friend and was visibly irritated to have to check me out and did not thank me when I left for coming in (which is a general rule of thumb). I was the only person in there and I was quick ( taking less than 3 minutes to get what I needed), so there was no excuse for this behavior other than laziness and not caring about his job. He also sold me and charged me for a tip that did not fit my tank...so I pretty much went in there for nothing. Very bad first impression...luckily I won't have to come back here again.

This has become my new favorite store, The staff that is here is very polite, and they really know their stock quite well. They have helped me way more than any other store I have ever gone to. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an alternative way of smoking!
