Great service and a smooth in-store experience. Tried the MAXUS STAR 50K—US e-liquid and really clean flavor.

This is the best shop I've been to by far! Customer service is phenomenal. Fallon is one of the friendliest and most helpful employees there. The products are always exceptional and very reasonably priced.

I went into this smoke shop recently and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked about a product, the employee which was an older lady immediately questioned whether it was for me, which felt unnecessary and judgmental. As a customer, I expect to be shown what I ask for without being interrogated. When I went to pay, I requested a split payment using two cards. Instead of simply trying to process the transaction, the cashier asked me how much money I had on my card, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. I understand if split payments can’t be done, but the way it was handled came across as unprofessional and lacking basic customer service. Employees should focus on providing respectful, straightforward service without being nosy or making customers feel uncomfortable. I left the store and decided not to purchase anything due to feeling judged instead of valued as a customer.
