My first visit here. I wouldn’t have even tried it because they didn’t answer the phone when I called, but the salesman (told me his name but I forgot, I’m so bad at that. He was a tall guy, kinda bland but friendly) took the initiative to return my call a little while later and he had the mod I was looking for. That one phone call netted him a big sale from me. He was friendly and helpful also. I will be back. It is a little pricey but I think it’s worth it because they have such a great selection. I hit the jackpot with this particular pod mod. It’s the first one that gives me a great taste and draw. The Salt Bae caramel tobacco, that he recommended, is the best also!! Great find!!

This place is the bomb, no pun intended. Mike was phenomenal with his customer service and applied knowledge towards the product in the store. The selection was vast, yet still easy to get what I needed. I would recommend going there if you're in the area. You know what, scratch that. Even if you're not in "the area" you should still visit when it is open.

I’ll give him 2 stars because it’s a nice clean shop. I’m a Newbie at this and I asked if he had a specific product. He said no. I had a picture of the brand/strain I was looking for and wanted to show him. He said he didn’t want to see my picture. Strange. I wanted to look at the percentage of CBD that I had been using to see if he had something comparable. He literally said “I don’t need to see no pictures” and I know all the numbers”. That’s a direct quote. Well then. I guess he just knows everything about everything then. I wished him a good afternoon and left. I’m a pleasant person and was the only one in the store. He wasn’t rude or anything. Just absolutely not helpful at all. If you’re experienced and know exactly what you’re looking for, it’s a nice shop in a nice location. If you’re looking for assistance with finding a product that’s right for you, I’d definitely go somewhere else.

Yesterday was my first time in the store and I will be back. The store has a large selection of pipes, vape accessories, and juice. The best part was the customer service. He may have been the owner. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful. It was refreshing to see service like that at a vape/smoke shop. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to others.
