Nice staff, but almost every product that I have purchased from here has been broken or "dirty" as I take it out of the packaging. The potential is there, but unfortunately have to bring my business elsewhere. Every time I call I get hung up on my the employee. This place is by far the worst business I've ever seen. PS: To the owner of this business. I very much appreciate the offer, and respect your passion for what you do, so don't worry about the 50% discount. It's the thought that counts for me :). Bumped up to a four star just for that.

Have been to other smoke shops in the area and they all aggressively try to over sell me things I do not need. Tokin Eddie's is super laid back very knowledgeable staff that make sure you get exactly what you need within your budget. Highly recommend them and only them if you live in the Katy area and need smoking accessories. Great job guys keep it up.

So this was our first time here & the guy suggested to get this pre-roll, but first off the price is insane with tax included $28. It was done wayyyyy to tight impossible to smoke from. This was a waste of money and the recommendation to come here was not worth it

Dev is one of the best smoke tenders I have met so far honestly if not for her I probably would have not returned but her knowledge and awesome costumer service has me returning each day. Thanks Dev for all your hard work

Horrible. Would not let my wife use the bathroom even after purchasing. But not before having her wait in the cold for 15 minutes. Just horrible. Never again. And I will be reverting all whom I told to go here. Not like it was late or even dark. Sad. Very sad and disappointing. Go to "high life". You are always welcome. Never will they make you wait in the cold nor will they deny you use of the bathroom.
