Walked in and bought a 4-pack of coils quoted at $20. Paid, no issue. Then I noticed the pack was already open—checked it and one was missing. I pointed it out and asked to either be charged for three or to replace the missing one. Instead of resolving it, the employee just pointed at the register and shrugged. When I asked for clarification, he suddenly claimed the pack is actually $25 and acted like he was “giving me a deal.” That’s not how business works. You don’t quote one price, sell an incomplete product, then change the story after the fact. Unprofessional, misleading, and not worth the hassle.

Highly recommend this place. Friendly, Very good price. They have all flavors Geek Bar And Fogers in stock. The best thing is they are open 24 hr. I will definitely be back.
