I had a very disappointing experience with this smoke shop. I purchased two devices, and one of them came defective and completely clogged — unusable from the start. When I reached out, instead of offering a replacement or refund for a clearly faulty product, they only offered a 30% discount on a future purchase. That’s not acceptable. If you sell a damaged product, the right thing to do is replace it or refund it — not try to upsell the customer again. Customer service was dismissive and didn’t take responsibility for the issue. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend others double-check their purchases before leaving or consider shopping elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in the store i appreciated the ambience. Rachel and Jay greeted my cousin and I with open arms and they are so outgoing! This is a business that knows their product and understands their customers. Excellent customer service and I will be back!!!

A good friend is the owner, Smoke Station is conveniently located on HWY6 and Bissonet. They have a wide selection of hookahs, vapes, bud, and tons of extras. Their customer service is excellent and they have amazing deals for people on specific days. I trust them with my medical needs and everyone on their staff is knowledgeable in their profession. Highly recommended.

I love the staff and atmosphere. Everyone is always a joy to chat with, super helpful, and so knowledgeable in whatever you're there for. Highly recommend this place! They also offer a deal when you recycle old vapes to keep them from getting trashed.
