They sold me an expired detox product 2 days ago and say they don't do refunds. I didn't even say what I wanted before the cashier said it. All I wanted was them to give me an exchange for an up to date fresh product. On top of that they don't have a phone number to call management or an owner to explain the issue just a unqualified cashier to deal with. Very poor customer service I would not recommend anybody to buy any of their products. Valued customer lost.

They don't have a phone number, but I need to correct a mistake they made. I tried using my card to pay but they said the machine wasn't working after it swiped my card, so I paid cash. A day later the payment went through on my card so I spent double and only received 1. I need to get in touch with the manager to correct this. It took $10.81 from my account.

The employees have no energy whatsoever, it’s a ghost town. I started a conversation and she completely ignored me, if you run a business you should interact with your customers especially if I have questions on your products I want to buy. I felt completely unwanted and will never be back.

I recently came to this smoke shop and I thought it was nice and professional but I quickly realized I was wrong. The sign on the door said open even the website did but I guess the owner forgot to say it was closed. Total waste of time also this business is very unprofessional and ghetto I will not be returning here ever again.

Customer Service have improved a lot the new girls that they have in their are very kind nice professional and very helpful if they don’t have watt you need they will try to figure something better out for you thanks Lex & Jenn 🥰
