Today I had an awesome experience at this location. The facility is clean and up to date, plus the ladies behind the counter were informative and very helpful and providing me with all the information and supplies I needed for my Hookah purchase. When I got back to the shop last week the guy who previously assisted me in my purchase was rude .

Elizabeth is amazing. I am a first time Hookah buyer and she explained everything to me in detail. She was so patient and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this location, plus the facility is clean and up to date,Will definitely be returning in the future.

Actually, this place deserves no stars. I went to return a product that did not work for starters. The woman who claimed to be the owner stated that they did not have a return policy. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me he was too busy for me and i was not important. So she lied about being the owner/ manager. She also proceeds to call me a liar and a racist after I tell her she could keep the product and I will dispute the charge. She was very unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER go there again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone i know about my experience.

Great service & clean place to find what you’re looking for. Go with or ask for Denise! She’s an outgoing person who’s very knowledgeable about their products & gives best recommendations. Definitely will be returning. Update: not fake. I’m assuming the owner is not used to nice comments?? It’s cool tho, its always the customer service that makes ppl return. Never the ppl who actually own. ☺️

I came before 9pm and the worker would not open the door she is making you loose money by not opening the door it is poor service the girl with the long hair should always be there and not this new girl cause she dosent open the door for Customer
