This place used to be awesome friendly and good value. I went in today price on everything went up about 20% I can live with that, but one of the older man there have attitude. Definitely will not go back there again.

High price than other wholesale , disrespect no return policy don't waste your time

Lots of variety, but after looking for about 5 minutes I began to inquired about products not in bulk, which they DO sell, and the man who seemed to be in charge started the conversation with you can only be inside the store for 15 minutes if we aren't buying wholesale when its all over the store front/name wholesale and RETAIL. Made me feel this business doesn't want to be bothered with small orders or "retail". If so dont advertise it. I left feeling a bit upset and wondering what was the true reason I was given a 15 minute limit. To add I carry myself in a calm and reserved manner so ill behavior on my behalf was a non factor. Most importantly I felt unwanted and unwelcome. I immediately left when that man told me i had a time limit. I do not recommend.

They have always had a smaller selection. Yet the service was unmatched. Essentially for the area. however now with the new management the service is just as rude if not more so than everything else in the Harwin district. With so much competition in the district, you would think it would be easy to realize service and price will keep your doors open and wallets full

They can be rude sometimes, could be unintentional but I’ve been there multiple times and I would say about half the times I’ve visited here I felt some of the employees were not very nice, if you’ve ever experienced someone being rude in a nice way, that’s how it seems to be. There’s a young girl there that just has a rude look. Other than that the store is small but clean. If they worked on their customer service it would be great place to shop
