The first thing I do before stopping anywhere is check the reviews, so hopefully this helps someone else. My boyfriend and I don’t smoke cigars, but we stopped by to buy one as a gift. From the moment we walked in, Chance took great care of us. He had amazing customer service, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel out of place. We also had the chance to talk with who I believe was the owner, Moses. He was just as welcoming and helpful. Both of them educated us on the different products and helped us find exactly what we needed. What really stood out was that they weren’t trying to upsell us. Instead, they focused on helping us choose a quality product that fit what we were looking for. Even though we were first time customers and don’t smoke cigars ourselves, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in.

After some great recommendations from the staff, we picked up four cigars and decided to enjoy two on the spot while we kicked back and soaked in the relaxed vibe. My hazelnut cigar was smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet, and my wife absolutely loved her black cherry — subtle, aromatic, and easy to enjoy. As frequent travelers who always search for cigar lounges wherever we go, this experience really stood out. It meant a lot to be represented and welcomed in a space like this, and it’s clear the team at Sweet Lips is passionate about creating a comfortable, inclusive atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Went to this place and it was very nice. The server was very knowledgeable about the cigars and always checked on everyone . The place is byob, which is a plus . If you don't have a bottle, they let you bring the drinks in from the bar next door. 😉. The selection of cigars is amazing . I like that their bathrooms are clean and the entire place is kept clean . I would say this is a perfect spot for the men as I didn't see many ladies being here

The ambiance, music & aesthetic is so beautiful and realxing. Chanze was so respectful and helpful. This is my new favorite chill spot. I feel so safe and welcomed here. 🌹
