Ordered a hookah base based on the product photo on the website. What I received looked completely different from what was pictured. When I contacted customer service they acknowledged the photos don't accurately represent all the color options but still refused to cover return shipping on a low cost item. Especially disappointing as a returning customer. Won't be ordering again.

I chose to buy my hookah from Texas hookah because of the many positive reviews and free shipping. They ship very quickly. The packaging and attention to detail could be better. The hookah was delivered today, the bowel it doesn't hold down still on the stem. It bearly sits on tip of the stem. The rubber grommet makes the bowl slide up. I wont be able to use it anytime soon, i am aftraid it will fall off. I think either the wrong bowel or the wrong grommet was sent. I guess I will call the store and find out. Update on my review, I reached out to the store today and they were very helpful and professional. I provided them with videos of the bowel and grommet issue and they were very happy to mail me another grommet and bowl after they test them in their store to make sure they will sit properly on the stem. I can't wait for them to arrive so I can try the new hookah. Thank you Texas Hookah Store for the quick respond.
