I would like to share my experience about this establishment. Me and my friends decided we would like to go to a nice place to have fun and spend our money with you all ;however, our experience was turned into something that we did not imagine for the night. When we first walked up, they asked for IDs we all had our IDs however they were Asking for $40 instead of checking our IDs To make sure that we are of age to enter. As we were trying to get Them to check our IDs they were making very unnecessary and inappropriate jokes and gestures towards us. We feel very uncomfortable, and that the staff that was hired for security was very passive aggressive And Disgusting. When we finally were able to negotiate with the security to get passed, we already had our tickets ready to enter the building however they were discussing a different price for people just now entering. We had general admission tickets that were going for $18.24 from 10 PM till 2 AM. As we were walking up, they were telling us that it would be $60 to enter the building because the general admission ticket that we bought stopped being accepted at 11 PM. This statement is simply untrue because on the website it does not have a time for when the price for tickets are not being accepted anymore. As we were trying to ask security for follow up questions and to get clarifying answers one of your security guards, a dark skin man with tattoos decided to become verbally abusive, and began cussing at us and called us names that were unprofessional and inappropriate. He continued this verbal nonsense as we were walking out, causing a scene. I do not appreciate what I have experienced here tonight, and I will be contacting the higher-ups for this building and for this company due to the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and organization that you all are supposed to have when running a business. You all need to learn how to respect everyone that comes to your establishment to spend money and Exchange business as a customer. There should never be a time where someone who is coming to experience a fun time should Find themselves leaving feeling uncomfortable and miserable.

would not recommend this place. We paid $200 for the table plus $380 and another $180 for two bottles just to be able to keep our table. After we were already seated, the staff tried to move us because they saw a group of men coming in and seemed to think they would spend more money. The entire experience was very unprofessional. There was no communication or teamwork between the staff, and every employee gave us a different price and different information. It was confusing, disorganized, and frustrating. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they made us feel like we were being pushed aside for bigger spenders. For the amount of money we spent, the service was unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this place.

This club was recommended by two friends, so when a member of my group suggested we go to Clé instead of Bloom, I was all for it. Parking varies, it's anywhere from $20-$100. I think $100 is ridiculous but you can find street parking. The bartenders were good and mixed good drinks. They didn't over charge as some bartenders do. We went for the lingerie contest. My old modeling agent had 6 of his girls entered into the contest. They were all beautiful and it was a great time. Since two of his clients had a table each, my friends and I didn't have to get one. The tables they had were between $1000-$4000. My friends and I danced most of the time so we didn't sit down. The music was great most of the time. They did a variety which included, old and new school hip hop, edm, and latin music.

I've read thru these reviews and was worried of attending the Erotic Ball last night. Glad to say my wife and had a blast. We were treated with the upmost respect walking thru the door til we left. There club is superb and definitely a reminder of Vegas. Drinks were a little pricey but they were strong and good. The best bartenders. We didn't see anyone hassled about their attire. A+ Classy club and we'll definitely return in the near future. 👍👍👍👍

Beautiful venue. If you're looking to get great pics and enjoy a pretty location then this is the place for you. The pool makes a unique backdrop. They definitely nailed the Vegas vibe. Drinks are overpriced but that's true at any club.
