Vape Bazaar 2 gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I called ahead looking for a Volcano Hybrid, and they were one of the only authorized dealers in Houston that had multiple options available. I drove a long way to get there, and it was completely worth it. Q and the owner were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Even though they didn’t have the exact color I wanted in-store, the owner immediately started making calls and had Q drive to another location in pouring rain to pick it up for me. That level of effort meant a lot. While I waited, I had a great conversation with the owner and could tell he genuinely cares about his customers. There were regulars who came in and he asked about their day and if they had any plans for the weekend. Very personable and professional service. Before I knew it, Q had returned with my Volcano Hybrid! They also gave me helpful product information, maintenance guidance, and even registered my warranty for me. The shop was clean, well-stocked, and had a great selection. I highly recommend Vape Bazaar 2 to anyone looking for quality products and truly outstanding service. Ask for Q!

Great seeing Nick, today! Whenever I'm in Houston, I always stop at Vape Bazaar for all my disposable vapes. The selection is vast and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service has always been great! Feels like I met a friend!

Of all the vape shops I have been to, this one has the most astonishing selection, they even have incense and cigars. The pricing is simplified and reasonable. Staff is very attentive and friendly. CBD and cannabis product inventory is extraordinary. Recommend.
