Person behind the counter was pretty helpful. Wonderful vibe...oh man, I did not want to leave. He was patient and helped me with my decision. My first time going there. I will definitely be returning.

Very nice customer service but.... 38 dollars for a fogger pod that costs 15 bucks at other vape shops. I got the battery and the pod for 27 dollars elsewhere. 38 dollars for one pod. Won't be getting my business again

How does a place have so much stock not even in their systems? And then how does the chick working there have the audacity to tell me she’s going to charge me for a whole kit (when I’m only getting a tank) just because they don’t have what they sell in the system? Maybe it’s because I’ve managed a vape shop that has high standards in training (both in customer service and in knowledge of devices, coils, etc.), but Vape City is not a specialty shop. They’re essentially just another smoke shop, I’m not sure why they called themselves vape city when they hardly have the product or knowledge in said products to make it true. Again, maybe I just have too much inside knowledge, but this place is an embarrassment. If you’re able to order from Red Star Vapor online, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER THIS PLACE!!!!
