This is my favorite location. Kevin is so informative I have a million questions every time I come in because most of the stuff is new to me I'm an old school smoker and I can tell you what he answers everything with the most patient and respectful responses that I could have even thought to receive. The atmosphere whenever you come in you feel welcomed they are not overpriced and they typically have the things that I don't see at other locations so I'm not talking down on any other location but what I'm saying is come and check this one out because you will not be disappointed

I sent a coworker in to this Vape City to get me a new glass for my GeekVape tank and even gave her the tank to show them what was needed because mine was cracked. The worker (when I called he told me his name was Kevin) told her that the glass on the tank could not be replaced and a whole new one would have to be purchased, so he sold her a SMOK one then took my GeekVape tank and threw it away because he told her that because the glass was broken it couldn’t be used anymore. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my money. I feel the worker took advantage of my coworker because she didn’t know what she was actually looking for because she doesn’t vape. Completely unacceptable, and I will not be back to this location EVER. I will continue to go to the one on my part of town, the South East.
