I had a very disappointing experience at this vape shop. The prices are extremely high compared to other places, which already makes it hard to justify shopping here. For example, the product I bought is sold elsewhere for $17.99, but here it cost me $27 plus tax — a huge and unreasonable markup. On top of that, the customer service is poor — the staff were not helpful and didn’t seem to care about customers at all. What made things worse is their strict and unfair return policy. They refuse to accept returns even if the product is completely unused and still sealed. That’s unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. Overall, I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of better options with fair prices and much better service.

They are supposed to be 24 hours and it says open but I knocked and even called there was no answer. This is the first shop I have been to and it was "closed". Waste of time.

I had high hopes for such a big company but their quality standards are terrible. The flower that was called “super premium “ were moldy from poor and rushed curing.
