I went to 3 different vape city stores and this one had my brand and flavor. Crystal was a great help with recommending new brands. It really felt like she was looking out for me with flavors and options. She was patient while I browsed. And it felt like she knew her products, which I can not say for some of the other stores. Thanks for the help Crystal.

My family and I live in Corpus Christi and when we travel to Houston we all ways come here. We love this Double Tree, when we have a problem then fix asap and do the best they can. I recommend this Double Tree for sure.

Today is Monday Feb 16. At 10am I’ve been waiting over 10mins and there was another customer here saying he’s been waiting for 25mins before I even pulled up. Whoever worked this morning fire them cause this is bullshit. Also imma stop coming to this specific location entirely cause it’s always some bullshit or they NEVER have anything in stock. Smh do better

This location use to be good until they started hiring people that don’t care about customer service came in today black dude didnt even want to talk when I asked him about the detox then he went back outside to smoke his blunt
