We have been coming to this store for a long time and have spent a lot of money here. Today, we had the worst experience we’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She refused to sell to us and told us to leave the store, claiming I was under 21, even though I am 26 years old. Instead of checking my ID or speaking respectfully, she embarrassed us and treated us terribly. We have never experienced such awful customer service before. We will not be returning, and I hope management addresses this employee’s behavior.

Yeah I don't know I'm not super juiced about this location they never really have what I need which are usually coils to popular well known brands l but they're selection is always limited to a couple of brands which is disappointing the people that work there are nice enough the blonde fellow who's kind of tall is actually super helpful and knowledgeable so yes please get some coils from other brands that would be extremely helpful that way I won't be enticed to buy overpriced glassware and torches they work for a few days and die

Honestly I am so frustrated, there’s about two people at this store that actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to the products they are selling people, I’ve been a customer here for a few months now and I come in quite frequently and I’m always spending money on this company but they fail me every time, they don’t sell the pods that are compatible with the devices they sell and when I’m asking about a certain product most of the responses to my questions I’m asking are usually “I don’t know” if you don’t fully have the knowledge on the devices you’re selling what is the purpose for working for the company if you work at McDonald’s you typically know the products on the menu that you’re selling it seems that the only thing that most of the workers are even knowledgeable about are disposables. The new girl at the counter wantwd to sell me some shroom for $21 dollars and the scanner wasnt even working i had to wait 10min inside the store alone because she was outdine in some men car i told her it was a shame to make people wait like that while she is smoking in a car with a men
