Staff has no idea what they're doing. I'm disabled so I send my husband to buy for me. He went for batteries and came back with mismatched, used monstrosities that die in a couple hours. When he tried to return them, he was told, "Sorry, bro, we don't do returns". Apparently they only have fruity flavors as well? I can't ever get juice here because I like dessert flavors but they don't carry those.

I absolutely love Jason. He is so awesome & his customer service skills are impeccable. He truly deserves a raise as he knows how to make people feel welcome & is so knowledgeable about the products. He is also not pushy to make sales which made me want to purchase before leaving the store even more!

Was unable to call any of the stores for info which is extremely inconvenient!! I might even consider switching vape shops if this issue doesn't get addressed soon. I'm willing to change the rating if or when the phones lines get fixed in all VC stores in the greater Houston metro area.

Good selection of products and great experience with every associate. Extremely unfortunate that the state representatives don't appreciate all of the services Vape City and other "smoke shops" provide it's citizens.
