I went with my friend to purchase her new electronic cigarette. I had never been to a place like this. It is stocked with every imaginable thing. Hookah, electronic cigarettes, incense, everything you would need. I’m not very familiar with these items, but it was interesting to see all this stuff. It was like a new world. Greg was extremely helpful. And they are open 24 hours. I suppose my review doesn’t help much, since this is not really my world, but I was impressed.

Argues she can Guess Then starts getting mean. I say what do u say 2 me. Then laughs at me 4 her sarcasm. I visit a vape city at least twice a week. This affects 100s of locations. I guess she just 2 lazy 2 look.

I do not recommend this establishment and here is why… (Please see photos for reference purposes.) On 1/9/24 at 9:18p, I made my very first purchase at this establishment and this was also my first time shopping at Vape City. Paris was the only person working. She was nice, polite and helpful. We chatted and laughed and talked about the establishment and her experience. She also recommended that I start shopping at this Vape City location regularly. I asked Paris which CBD product did she recommend for muscle relaxation. She picked up the CBD gummies and said they are the highest potency and someone she knows finds the gummies are helpful for chronic pain. I also purchased the CAMO natural leaf wraps——-PLEASE NOTE, Vape shop sells each pack for $1.99 but everywhere else sells them for $0.99. I didn’t realize Vape City charges a dollar extra until Paris handed me my receipt (since we were so busy socializing lol). Shocked and surprised, I pointed this out to her. She looked surprise too lol. After chatting with Paris and reading over my receipt, it was confirmed that Vape City has a 24 hour return policy (only for exchanges and not refunds) and that I had the liberty to return items if I am not satisfied with them. When I got home that night, I tried the 1 gummy. Two hours passed by and I felt no affects of the CBD gummies. So I tried another one and later another one (all the same night) and never felt pain relief or my muscles relaxing. Each gummy is 50mg CBD. On 1/10/24, the next day, at 6:30p I decided to follow up on Vape City’s return policy and I visited the store for a second time in attempt to exchange my items. Brianna was working at Vape City this time around. She was less polite, less personable, and less professional than Paris. When I told her I needed to return the items and it hadn’t been 24 hours yet, she refused to honor the return policy. Because I didn’t understand why the return policy was not being honored, I asked if there was a way I can speak with the manager or they can reach out to me to further discuss. She said she would text the manager—as her and the manager are exchanging text messages, she attempted to call the manager to get a better understanding of why they were unwilling to honor their return policy. Brianna made a comment about the manager responding to her texts but did not answer the phone when she called. I then asked if there was a number I could reach the manager? Brianna said no and that I can take my concern up with HR. I thanked her for her time and left the store. I went on their website and tried reaching “HR” but no one answered and the mailbox was full. I decided to reach out to Vape City via the “contact us” option on their website and I sent my concern in. I have yet to hear back from them. Refusing to honor a return policy is illegal and some items priced are Vape City are double the price of other smoke shops. With all of this being said, I do not recommend shopping here but I do recommend shopping at Westheimer smoke shop by Pineapple Express on 6469 Westheimer Rd. (Customer service, knowledge of products and prices are excellent and reasonable).
