The best in town! I love these guys! Every time I come in they are always super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and fully stocked. This store has a large variety of different smoke essentials and more. The best thing of all is that they never hesitate to throw in a good discount, especially if your buying at least 2 items. Lastly, you simply cannot beat the location. Keep up the all the awesomeness my Vape Time guys!

Kahn and his team at Vape Time on JFK are on another level when it comes to customer service. From the moment my wife and I walked in, he took the time to actually listen, understand what we needed, and guide us the right way. No pressure, no rushing—just real, solid service. Their selection is strong and well put together, with plenty of options to choose from and everything organized so you’re not guessing. Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little help, they make the whole process easy. What really stood out was how fair and professional Kahn was throughout the entire experience. I work with customers too, so I know what it takes to handle people the right way—and it did not go unnoticed. Because of him, my wife left genuinely happy, and that means a lot to me. Kahn, whoever is above you needs to know you’re doing an outstanding job. We’ll definitely be back.

Decent team of ppl whenever I do go. Unfortunately, gotta be careful for heavy varieties of knock offs, and brands alike. All over the world of course. I don’t like being scammed or wasting money like the next person. Good business vibes only!!!

I love this store. Ali was very helpfull and gave me a nice discount. The best thing is that you get to taste all of their flavors.

This place is a scam they are selling products that they have switched out with pain pills and even with a receipt they will not refund you as well as making up lies and excuses as to why they get to keep your money .
