I have been a faithful customer of Vape City in this neighborhood for over a year and a half, and I have never been as disappointed as I am with this experience. I purchased a device from your store, and in the past, Vape City has always stood behind its products and corrected any mistakes or issues that arose. Unfortunately, this time was different. I spent $40  purchase, only to discover that the device had a defect. I was disappointed that the issue was not honored or resolved, despite the defect not being my fault. As a loyal customer who has continued to support your business, I expected better customer service and a willingness to stand behind the products you sell. I hope you will reconsider and work toward a fair resolution.

I recommend this smoke shop to anyone passing by Atascosita/Humble, they have everything from Vapes ,Bongs,Clothing and many more,Morgan/Jessie was very nice ,and a great customer service representative,Please stop by barzarre barzarre when passing through town

The young girl working around 3 PM on Saturday was very pushy. I wanted to browse the store, but I felt rushed the entire time. I asked where the bags for the incense sticks were, and she told me they were at the front of the store. After looking and finding nothing, I went back and asked again, only to be told they were actually behind the register. When I selected the sticks, she placed the incense sticks inside the wrong way, forcing me to touch the dipped ends when removing them. She clearly needs some training. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I'll be visiting a different location next time.

If YOU’RE BLACK BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE. I was looking at product and placed it back down when one of their employees told me to take it out of my pocket. I was so hurt and offended bc I’ve been shopping here for months always spending my hard earned money, And now I just get accused of stealing. I’m black so ofc they assume I put product in my pocket. This is so distasteful and disgusting. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. They are RACIST! Tell them to play the tapes back I bet you I have a case !
