They didn't have the brand of vape I usually buy so the lady working there recommended another brand. She sold me the product without informing me I needed a battery. I went back in to buy a battery and she said they don't sell them there. She also refused to exchange the product for something else or give a refund. I'm taking my business elsewhere and so should everyone else.

Spent hundreds of dollars worth of Kratom here. I always buy a green vain usually white. I’ve been drinking kratom for almost 8 years never bought a bad bag before. Boom is the brand name I always purchase at this location. Recently I acquired 303 grams never had a problem with the quality until that day. The color was so brown it was almost black when you mixed the powder with water it was not drinkable. I opened it at the house so I wasn’t surprised when the manager told me he couldn’t exchange it no problem. I waited some time to go back , when I did today before I purchased it again I told the same manger my struggle from the previous purchase, and asked if I could open it infront of him and if I get the same result could I exchange it for a different brand . After all I don’t want my money back I just don’t want 303 grams of burnt dirt water again. He told me “no sorry I don’t know much about kratom if it’s a bad bag again I can’t do anything about it". I’ve spent quite a bit of money here so he knows I’m not trying to scam him. Let me remind you it’s not a nicotine product I just wanted the kratom I paid for not the dirt water I got last time. Of course it was another black bag of kratom and he couldn’t care less that he lost a customer that comes every week like clock work, well I use to. I’m well aware what a green maeng Da looks like and I literally just threw away 303 grams for the second time in a row. I would of just bought a more expensive bag if he worked with me , but his attitude was on the defensive. Lost a loyal customer im very disappointed. i bought coil inside the box has only 2 coils but co work in store charge me the whole box of money i asking is something you can do refund money back to me and i pay 2 coil only she said we cause not aloud to do that and she call her boss the asking her boss say no we can not do refund and co work did say sorry me and she asked me to write phone number and name down when her boss gets here she will call back to me i by aug 20 into steptember 16 no want has been calling back to me yet

Used to enjoy this shop, but now whenever I go in there, the person at the register keeps referring to me (singularly) as “y’all”. Can I just show up and buy stuff without having to be forced to deal with trans mental conditioning?
