Bought a vape pen (no juice) for 10 bucks that didn’t work. Tried to come back hour later to swap it out and they wouldn’t let me said no returns. I bought a 20 dollar pen and handed him the old 1 which they probably sold again. They probably hurting for 10 bucks though.

Night shift dude does not know what he’s taking about when you ask questions, sold defective vape, didn’t give a receipt so says he can’t do anything about it, called other location and they said they should be able to see the transaction on my bank and find the receipt in their system. Ingleside needs better staff.

I'm a weekly regular there and the person working the store when I walked in was nowhere to be seen when she finally came up to the front a girl with blue hair she was rude and didn't really look like she wanted to be there and like I was just interrupting her phone time

My last 2 experiances i had to deal with a Very disrespectful and rude emplyee, I come here couple times a week, morning emplyees are very polite and helpful the new night girl is very very rude

The night Crew is rude as soon as I walked in I heard two of the employees that go by Megan & Joseph talking about my appearance which is totally unprofessional then their General manager Brooke sat there on her phone & said nothing !!! I don't know what happened to the store since they've opened but before this they were more professional I'm a regular so this really upset me please do better because the day crew is actually more professional than this
