The a good place to go and visit for a person who wants to quit smoking. The manager who we spoke was very good person and honestly explained about the flaws and pros in the juul which we thought to buy. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clear about the product and said what are the consequences he faced when took in more than what he required.He showed the sample product and one his colleague was using the same which he showed us how it works and how long does it lasts. Not a bad place to buy a vape they say everything about the product and recommend you which suits you according to your daily intake.......................

Rude experience with the short, balding guy with glasses. Door wouldn’t budge so I got attitude. Juice was not in stock so I got a sassy “that’s all we have”. If I was not receiving a loyalty discount, I would have walked out of the store right then and there, but it’s all good. If you cannot expect respect as someone who has been an Irving native, find a better location or store who doesn’t look at you like you don’t belong as soon as you walk through the door.

Bald guy behind the counter was very rude.. was not very welcoming and kept trying to upsell me bigger devices when i only wanted a smaller one. I chose my device and he grabs the display model and packs it up and i ask if he has any sealed ones because i don’t want a display model that everyone touches, he said no and looked at me like i was crazy or something. I asked again for any other device that was sealed and not a display model and he flat out said “no” so i walked out. Never going back there again, and do not advise anyone to go there either.

Overpriced by 25% rude staff. I entered complimenting the atmosphere then was asked for my ID which is fine and all but all I said was do I look underage. And couldn’t even banter with a customer. People come to smoke shops to unwind not to be felt as a nuisance. Entertain and be a good person and you would’ve gotten the sale. Unfortunate
