Best costumer service in a daily at this spot I like it a lot and staff really friendly 10/10 and Anu is very good at what she’s doing!

“I had a very good experience at PuffClub. The place is clean, organized, and they have a great variety of products. The staff was friendly, patient, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. The prices seemed reasonable, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and professional. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.”

Very clean and best smoke shop I’ve been to in Irving. The young lady who helped me was so kind.

Josh at Puff Club was so helpful! Great service and great products!

Anusha was such an amazing help... When there's too many options I get a little scattered brain but she guided me to what I needed and what I really wanted. Very knowledgeable and great friendly customer service. I definitely recommend puff club
