SCAMMERS!!! Do not come here. They’ll charge you for anything and everything. My friend booked a section for her birthday, and the confirmation email clearly said to arrive at 10:30 to secure it. We showed up exactly on time, just to be told by security that they don’t even open until 11:30—and they refused to let us in. So we were stuck standing outside in the freezing cold for an hour for no reason. Then it gets worse. Once they finally let us in, they had the nerve to charge everyone a $20 entry fee ON TOP of the money already paid for the section. How does that make any sense?? And they wouldn’t even let the birthday girl in for free. even after she paid for the section. That’s the bare minimum and they couldn’t even do that. They also couldn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience of us showing up an hour early even though that’s what the email said!? they also made us pay $5 just to transfer our drinks into their containers. Every single thing is an extra charge. The place itself is dirty, the sections are nothing special, and there is nothing “luxury” about it at all. Completely overhyped and not worth a dollar. If you’re young, don’t even bother—this place is packed with older men and the vibe is off. Yes, the music is decent, but it is NOT worth the stress or getting scammed at every turn.

Trash! Horrible experience. I’m not mad at them charging for everything lil thing. That’s the business model for after hours. The hookah is flavorless. And the management is horrid

5 stars! SoHo is the spot to be! The vibes are definitely there! The manager and waitresses tend to your needs and make sure you are well taken care of. I love the ambiance and scenery. They also have food. The tacos were delicious and you can tell they were prepared well. They don’t use frozen meat and have a menu, unlike other hookah lounges around. They also have events where the Dj’s play the hottest songs. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jacei was our server and she was amazing! The vibe was so chill and the music was great. The hookah was strong and smooth and the service was fast. Definitely coming back!

Apparently the bouncers will not let you come in this “byob” establishment with a bottle unless you have this EXACT black container. I came in with the container on the left (picture attached) & they refused me entrance until I had their container of choice. If you don’t have said container, you can purchase it for a fee. Please inform patrons (via social media blasts or however) of this rule ahead of time, and not when they are at the door.
