Donovan is an awesome rep at the Jacksonville Tx store! He quickly memorized my usual purchase so I'm able to just walk in almost like I pre-ordered, show my ID, pay, then go about my day. Donovan is very knowledgeable and informative of the products, so when my usual is out of stock, he's able to suggest alternative vapes that never disappoint! He always goes out of his way to make sure all of the customers (new or repeat) feel welcome and comfortable while in the store and manages to take away the feeling of being overwheled by all the choices when you don't know what flavors or brands to try! Donovan is definitely one of the main reasons my husband and I only go to Vapor 100 for our vapes!

I love coming in to the Jacksonville Vapor 100 when Donovan is there! He is always super friendly,quick with a smile,informed on the products and makes you feel welcome. They have a huge selection of everything a vape shop should carry. Highly recommend.

The shop is amazing, clean, always stocked and has great prices. But their staff make this the only vape shop I'll go to in Jacksonville. Holly is very knowledgeable, super sweet, and just adds to the chill atmosphere of the shop. I'm not going anywhere else.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from vapor 100 employees and when we did have a have an issue we were able to resolve it and that's why I've changed my review because I realize the world is an imperfect place. And that's okay it's nobody's fault. Thank you Savannah and Connor for your excellent customer service. You guys are definitely top shelf.

I went into this place of business because I'm trying to quit smoking so I'm looking for a vape. I get off work my husband picks me up and we go to the closes vape shop. As soon as we walked in the asked for ID my husband left his at home not knowing we were going anywhere after he picked me up. They told him he couldn't be in the shop mind you we don't look like we are kids he is 36 I am 38. So he left I asked if they had vapes she told me I can't sell to you because he doesn't have his ID. We literally go everywhere together when we are not working. I will not spend my money here or even think about setting foot in the place again. The place was dead if you don't wanna work why even bother leaving your home.
