Finally found a shop that truly knows the products they're selling. I had asked the same questions at another store beforehand, and they couldn't provide much information. The manager at Pineapple Express was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I honestly could have stayed and talked with him longer because of how comfortable and helpful he was. Great customer service and a great experience overall. They've definitely earned a repeat customer for my extracurricular activities!

“Pineapple Xpress Smoke Shop Jersey Village is hands down one of the best smoke shops in the area. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They have a great selection of products, competitive prices, and the store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Customer service is top-notch, and they make every visit a great experience. Whether you’re a regular customer or stopping by for the first time, you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend checking them out!”

It's always a pleasure to stop here, they have a wide inventory and good deals. Shout out to Markia! She's really polite, patient and helpful.

I was looking for quality products for my rig, I was sure what to get but I knew what I wanted and the staff help me figure out what attachments I could use to get the job done. Good service and great products. Happy customer

This is my go-to spot for all my smoking needs. Shoutout to the staff there. They always have the best recommendations and introduce me to awesome products. You should definitely check them out. Even if it's just for the good conversation. A+ service and products.
