Absolutely loved this place when I first moved here. Recently I purchased these chocolates as a suggestion by the counter guy because they didn’t have any more of the kind that I usually buy. He claimed they were good. I ate 2 chocolates…nothing. 1 more, nothing. The next day I ate 4 because maybe the extra strength isn’t strengthened in this pack. AGAIN. NOTHING!!!! I called and a girl said she would ask her manger and call me back. Nothing. So I called this morning and they told me there’s nothing they can do. lol. That pack of chocolate was $40!! Are you serious? Mind you I shop at this place often. I will never be spending money with them again. These are REGULAR chocolates!

They’re helpful and answered all of my questions. It’s very organized and they’re friendly. First time customer, so I’ll come back with product review.

The minimum allowed is 1 star, but my rating is 0 STARS for rating. They lack decent Customer service. The girl we encountered had a nasty attitude. We said no thanks and decided to just leave and spend our money elsewhere. She claimed that she didn’t even have an attitude so the person I was with decided to give her another chance except her attitude got worse. When asked about specials or strains, she had NO knowledge of anything. There is no point in working in a place like this if you don’t know what you’re selling. And if you have to interact with customers, you should definitely have at least the bare minimum of customer service skills she had none.
