Mal helped me out a lot! Very sweet and thoughtful:) I’ll definitely come back with friends

Most smoke shops dont know what people want .I've been coming here to there locations for years. I'm glad they finally moved one next to me. The prices are great and they have grand opening specials. Best customer service I've had all year 🙌

very friendly staff ! so many different options to choose from and the friendly worker even shared some of his personal goodies with us . best smoke shop I’ve been to and I was only there for a few minutes 😂

I think this store has been here for about 3 years, it was really nice and had plenty of options of everything, at first..! Ive met a few workers and they're all so kind and helpful! This past year to 6 months, they seem low on stock most of the time. Vapes arent amazing and thc/delta 8 choices are low. Unless its an emergency, i wouldnt choose to come here over the other smoke shops in the area.

I recently went to New Edge and I must say, it's truly a gem for enthusiasts and novices alike. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff that made my experience exceptional. The selection of products at New Edge is extensive, catering to various preferences and tastes. Whether you're into premium cigars, vaporizers, or a diverse range of smoking accessories, they have you covered. The staff's expertise is evident as they patiently guided me through their offerings, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. What truly sets New Edge apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed. They patiently answered my questions, provided insightful recommendations, and demonstrated a genuine passion for their products. It's rare to find a place where the staff is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in the customer's satisfaction. Moreover, the atmosphere in the store is welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. Clean and well-organized, I came into town from austin and after all of the smoke shops i visited, New Edge stood out to me. As a smoker fanatic, this was great. It has become my go-to destination for all things related to smoking enjoyment. If you're looking for a smoke shop that goes the extra mile, go here.
