Had a good experience in the store Austin helped a lot and was very knowledgeable of the products

Austin was such a great help to me. He explained everything in full detail. He’s very nice and has great customer service skills.

I had a great experience at Pineapple Express North Mason Smoke Shop! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without rushing me.

Richard is amazing, I have been looking for a shop close to my house since I cannot get my favorite liquid vape brand anymore online….not worried about it now bc Pineapples Express on N Mason has any and everything you could think of….come check it out!

Hailey was incredible! She helped us with a lot ! Best smoke shop in town thank you guys!
