Amazing for lowkey great vibes. The workers are 10/10 and really help make the place open to vibe how ever you would want. They serve liquor and its byob with food and hookah. Place is clean and I will definitely be back

Great Night Hanging Out with Family & Hookah Vibes I hung out and had good fellowship with my lady friend, my niece, and my nephew to The Cave recently (02/26/26) and we had a fun, chill evening. The vibe inside is laid-back with plenty of space to relax and smoke hookah — which was the whole reason we went. The staff was cool about letting us enjoy our own drinks, and I brought a bottle of Gentleman Jack to sip on while we hung out (which they didn’t mind at all). On top of that, the owner even surprised us with several shots of Don Julio tequila, which was a nice touch. They do allow hookah inside (so plan accordingly if you’re sensitive to smoke), and it definitely felt like a place you can just unwind — whether it’s with family or a group of friends. I left a $25 tip because the hospitality and service were solid throughout the night.

Haven't tried much of the food yet, but the environment and the people are amazing, fun to hang around and vibe with Plus Jazz is awesome to be around

I am a regular at the cave. I’m from Stl and when I say this place is a vibe it’s just that!!! Josh the owner he interacted with the customer and show mad love. If in Htx pop out to the cave you won’t regret
