The ladies that work this location (kemah) .don't know their products or the store policy!! I bought a mod and didn't realize it takes a separate battery that u have to buy..they did swap it but the swap i got sucks to, the buttons work half ass and no exchange now!

My boyfriend went to exchange or return the vape and it was leaking and auto firing and they told him its fine and kept the vape and wouldn't give it back. Terrible service and very rude.

Good store but couldn't believe they don't sell 18650 batteries

True young lady named Alexa was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and was very prompt and kind and sweet with her customer service from beginning to end.

Have been coming here 3 years and the new little white girl manager who is always there very much know me and my husband. We come in at least twice a month just for vapes. TONIGHT a new guy is there and so is she I forgot my wallet and he wanted to card me and ahe didn't say shit so had to turn around drive 30 minutes back home just to go back. The place has gone to shit since she's been there with her uptight attitude power trip she has. Makes me want to stop going. The other locations are better.
