This vape shop is so amazing and so clean and Alicia is very friendly and helpful shes amazing yall should definitely go check them out they have great deals and stuff I never get disappointed Alicia is top notch never went in with anyone else working shes very helpful with things and sweet unlike other vape shops around!!!! 💯

Alicia is the sweetest employee here. She goes above and beyond Everytime I go there. The store is always nice and clean.

I am writing this as a loyal customer who has visited Budget Smoke Shop daily—sometimes multiple times a day—for over a year. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional and frankly alarming behavior of one of your employees, I will no longer be shopping here until the situation is addressed. ​My recent experiences with this man have been deeply uncomfortable. On multiple occasions, instead of providing service, he has simply stared at me with a hostile expression. Not a smile, no welcome, not asking me how he can help me just a rude look on his face like i ruined his day walking in. In one instance, while I was waiting for him to retrieve an item for purchase, he aggressively asked me "what I was looking at." I replied with "well, are you going to come get this product im wanting to purchase." He said "in just a minute baby girl, why dont you come over this away." Which was very odd and confusing!!! It made me so uncomfortable I left and WILL NOT BE BACK! ​I have since learned that this employee is reportedly acting out of "paranoia" that customers are there to rob the store. This is not only insulting given my long history with this shop, but it creates a "creepy" and unwelcome environment for everyone. Furthermore, he seems to have NO knowledge of the store’s inventory, pricing, or current specials, making it impossible to get any actual assistance. ​I truly enjoy this shop and the other staff members, but this individual is actively driving away regular business with his behavior. I would love to return to being a customer, but I do not feel safe or respected while he is behind the counter. ​I hope you take this feedback seriously so the shop can return to the high standard of service it used to have.

Always have a great experience here. Very helpful and great in stock products. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.
