Natalia is the sweetest employee ever! We often buy snacks and drinks here and she is so loved by my little one. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a bad mood!! Even if we are getting coffee next door my little one has to come by the store to say hello! Really the whole staff is so incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful! They really make the whole atmosphere feel good! Grateful to have this little store here in lake dallas!

Stopped by here just the other day to get a few things & right off the bat a young lady named Natalia provided the best customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left . she was extremely knowledgeable about every product I asked about and took the time to explain the differences between items so I could make the best choice for what I needed. from the moment I walked in she was very patient with me while helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She also recommended a few new products that I hadn’t tried before, and her suggestions were spot on. It’s clear that she really knows the inventory and cares about helping customers have a great experience so if you’re looking for a smoke shop with a great selection & excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. & ask for Natalia!!
