I bought my vape/mod from this location a while back, along with two batteries for about $30. One of the reasons I bought them here was because I was told I could continue exchanging the batteries when needed. Today I went in to exchange one, and I was told they wouldn't honor it because it had scratches. The problem is, that's how I received it, and I've been exchanging batteries regularly without any issues before. Instead of honoring the exchange, I was told there was nothing they could do and was offered the option to buy another battery. To make matters worse, the battery they were going to sell me also appeared to be defective. I understand they've become more cautious after a recent battery explosion, but customers who bought into the exchange program shouldn't be left paying for a policy change after the fact. If the policy has changed, communicate it clearly and stand behind the products you've already sold. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Employees get treated poorly for simply asking customers to show ID especially now for delta like understand the laws are changing they have to ask no matter if yall are regulars they just work there they can’t control anything make it make sense smh people are very slow like if you don’t like it then don’t be a junkie period
Came to this location at 2:05 pm on Wed the 25th and it was locked up. Open sign on, but closed. It’s safe for me to say after working at one of Austin’s largest smoke shop and visiting a couple of vape cities locations that I can say go somewhere else
Vape city north location doesn’t answer phone calls. I’ve called several times throughout the week but usually sends me to voicemail or let’s it ring.
Cashier refused to put my number for the points. Wanting to grab my card, I asked to have my points added before I paid but she refused so I refused to buy my items. Ended up going to a more friendlier location. Poor customer service 😔
