Stores manager is never there and doesn’t honor loyalty points or he may I don’t know because of how rude the black male employee was. I have heard him speak ill about customers before and never interacted with him until today and wow to be treated like that after spending 150 dollars a week at that store is ridiculous. He has zero customer service skills and is confrontational, rather than do his job and answer my question about the loyalty program he gave me short rude answers like “they’ll get back to you when they get back to you” and “ I don’t know bro “ it’s your job to know maybe get off your phone and do your job. He acted like he was offended I even asked about the program .I’m never going there again. I don’t even care about the points anymore it’s how he spoke to me that really bothered me and the fact he did this while watching videos on his phone, he must look at that job like it’s a joke. I don’t who would hire a person like that. The woman that regularly works there who seems to be an assistant manager is always very kind and knowledgeable about the products so it’s a very stark contrast to be treated that way in the same store

They advertise pretty openly how they are 24hr - 7days a week……. Well that’s a lie. Just say you open at 8am why lie?

My experience is really horrible I already went in there to use my points just to buy a vape but they said that it was against their dumb guidelines and to make matters worse I live like 3 miles from The vape City and the closest is in saunders reason why that's bad is because I have no form of transportation so I literally have to walk to there but because I went there like around 2:00 a.m. and today they told me on the last second that I can't use my points for vape cigarettes cigars I could only get essentials and some bullshit like that but anyways I was there and it says on the sign on the front open for 24 hours which is absolute BS like why lie. actually did just lost a customer permanently I wish this had a zero rating cuz even some people don't deserve one star

Had everything organized properly walked me through different categories of water pipes offered different methods to use products. Clearly motivated customer service and very polite.

Excellent customer service. Variety of products and make sure you go when they have supply as they run out quick.
