Entered the store and was immediately welcomed by an extremely pleasurable and diverse amount of aromas! My senses were very much aroused! Then I was met with such unbelievable service! I asked about the products and what I was looking for and their expertise led me to the products I wanted. The shop is so tidy and well stocked! They were extra kind and patient in their approach. I was given a 10% discount and a free product for filling out a review, but NOT how to review them. Such a great experience for a literal "noob." As a famous austrian actor once said..."I'll be back." If you are in the area stop by and give them the opportunity to take care of your needs, you won't be disappointed. Everything was fine until she heard my accent. After that, her attitude changed and she started treating me differently. It felt a bit discriminatory, as if she judged me because of the way I speak. The customer service was very poor. I also asked for my receipt, and the employee with the lip fillers told me that I should have requested it before paying. That makes no sense. A customer should be able to ask for a receipt after making a purchase. The whole interaction was unprofessional and disappointing.
